We take great care in handcrafting our fresh flower arrangements to ensure they meet the highest standards. If you are not satisfied with the freshness or quality of your flowers upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos as proof to better assist you. A refund or replacement will be offered at our discretion.

1.2 Non-Perishable Products:

For non-perishable items such as vases, gift baskets, or accessories, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

3.2 Non-Perishable Items:

Refunds for non-perishable items are subject to the product being returned in unused, original condition within 14 days of receipt. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
